Bring the sunscreen and your sunglasses – the backyard at this 6BR, 3BA home gets tons of warm Arizona sunshine thanks to its south-facing location. Float on a raft in the large swimming pool or grab one of the loungers on the patio as you soak up the sun’s rays.

The flexible floor plan suits everyone from a family of four to a large group up to 15. Even with six bedrooms, smaller groups won’t feel overwhelmed in the comfortable and functional space.

Upgraded and nicely furnished, the home boasts hardwood floors, wrought iron stairs, stucco walls and other high-end finishes throughout. It’s one of the only homes in the Grayhawk area with six bedrooms and beds for 15. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, great for those with mobility issues. Getting ready for the day is a pleasure in the updated and modern bathrooms, decked out with marble counters and handsome dark wood cabinets. The master suite is a retreat of its own with stately king bed and hardwood floors. Its en-suite bathroom pampers too with a separate deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks.

Even when you’re not cooking, the kitchen is a central hang-out space with a large island for sitting around and talking. When it's time to wrestle up some grub, take advantage of the kitchen’s gas stove, two refrigerators and ample counter space. Serve up meals at the eat-in kitchen table or the massive 10-person dining room table. If a quiet night evening in is on the agenda, the gorgeous living room is the place to be with a large flat-screen TV, L-shaped sectional and fireplace.
